What is the reason for suggesting a merger of this article and an article on a different park? Fg2 07:57, 23 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Now I understand. Someone created an article about Shinjuku Gyoen but mistakenly gave it the title Shinjuku Central Park. Shinjuku Central Park is different from Shinjuku Gyoen, under the administration of the city government of Shinjuku, whereas Gyoen is under the national government. SCP is in Nishi Shinjuku. Yes, merge.

Shinjuku Central Park for Gyoen? Who made this? Absurd. Yes. SCP exists, but as someone else pointed out, it's that scrabby patch of green behind Tocho. The information contained on this page does though apply to Shinjuku Gyoen. Merge? I guess so. Or, rather, get rid of the info on this page. I actually came back from Gyoen just now with a handy panphlet to update the Gyoen page which I am about to do.DDD DDD 08:16, 30 March 2006 (UTC)Reply
