I had a similar experience and called to have them FIX my checking acct which they bounced out with double charges. when the person kept saying they only see one charge and the other will fall off I realized I needed a manager. She said one would contact me. No calls and one email. then my background was wrong and I resolved that with Sterling and called back and they said they would fix it but my account was closed??? I have had a successful business for over 10 years. When someone is upset from YOUR mistakes you fix it and apologize not pass the buck and cancel account because I was upset!

I was a care.com caregiver & they close my page I had build up clients. Then I up graded they closed my account. Cause of a simple mistermeaner I had on my background . the people could see it they had no problem with it. They are still taking money out my account an either my money or open my account back.
