Shannon Doyle → Shannon Turner (ice hockey) – Professional ice hockey player married in 2021 and has since been known by her married name, including during her 2021-22 season ([1]). Support Nothing about this requested move strikes as outside of the norm for ice hockey players. A page move may have been controversial if she'd not played a season following her change of name, but, as she not only played a season but also served as one of six captains in the entire league after changing her name, a page move is more than warranted. I haven't come across any media using "Doyle" in about a year Spitzmauskc (talk) 01:37, 22 September 2022 (UTC)Reply
