In Boom Studios' September 2012 "Steed and Mrs. Peel" #1 (the London Calling epidsoe) by Mark Waid, Caleb Monroe, and Will Sliney, around page 12 Mrs. Peel says "Careful, Steed." He replies "Semper paratus, my dear." — Preceding unsigned comment added by Evanwolf (talk • contribs) 03:51, 30 September 2012 (UTC)Reply

Semper Paratus is the motto for the Albert Park Lawn Bowls Club in Melbourne-Australia. It means (loosely translated) "Aye Ready!"

Every non-notable use of 'semper paratus' needs to be removed. Any organization must be known for using the motto. Your local ice cream parlor using it as a slogan does not count. --IronMaidenRocks (talk) 16:33, 10 January 2013 (UTC)Reply
