It seems like the section on heart surgery ought to be expanded. As it stands, the section is a single sentence and a source. The details of the surgery might be added. Alternatively, the section, or single sentence as it were, might be collapsed into another section, although it isn't obvious what section is appropriate for containing health information of this type.
