This page seems to be largely cribbed from:

http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/13322a.htm

or maybe it's vice versa, but the newadvent.org page claims this as well:

Publication information Written by J.F. Goggin & Blanche M. Kelly. Transcribed by Bobie Jo M. Bilz.

The Catholic Encyclopedia, Volume XIII. Published 1912. New York: Robert Appleton Company. Nihil Obstat, February 1, 1912. Remy Lafort, D.D., Censor. Imprimatur. +John Cardinal Farley, Archbishop of New York Bibliography

Cæremoniale episcoporum, I (Ratisbon, 1902), vi.

Therefore, the current pages likely violate copyrright.

A copyright from 1912 has expired by now. That's how newadvent got to put up those web pages in the first place. There are lots more details at Wikipedia:Copyright and Catholic Encyclopedia. Kingdon (talk) 18:29, 8 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
