There is a public road named "Rotten Row" in New Zealand at Waikuku Beach near Christchurch, and although the name may originally be related back to the Hyde Park bridlepath, it is generally understood that the "ROW" part of the name stands for "Right of Way", as most of the land around the actual road was once only leasehold, with sections having very nominal boundaries. I have heard "Rotten Row" in the words of the song Easter Parade (song) written by Irving Berlin.

"To the Park we'll go

Round Rotten Row.

The photographers will snap us

And then you'll be seen

In the smart magazine."

However, according to https://www.stlyrics.com/lyrics/asthousandscheer/easterparade.htm these particular words are an "alternate bridge for Great Britain", so I don't know if these words actually feature in any of the films that include this song.
