Expansion edit
I removed the prod tag after adding a bunch of sources. I think Hillberg IS notable, although the article was weirdly constructed so it was difficult to see his notability. Hopefully this is improved. There is room for a whole lot more. AliveFreeHappy (talk) 21:48, 27 September 2010 (UTC)
Employee of Bellmore-Johnson in 1953/54? edit
@WhiteBook: In case you are still around - and anyone else: According to 1982 issue of American Gunner, p.31, "Hillberg left High Standard in 1953 and went to Bellmore Johnson Tool Company which did contract work for many firearms companies, and it was there that the Wolverine was born." The current article only mentions Bellmore-Johnson as original company of his partner Howard "Howie" Johnson for founding Whitney Firearms. So... was Hillberg actually an employee of Bellmore-Johnson in 1953/54 - or not? --KnightMove (talk) 14:16, 29 March 2020 (UTC)
More Info Available from American Rifleman (Feb 2024) edit
I noticed an issue of AR was referenced; more info on Hillberg himself is available from another issue, the most recent one, in case anybody wants to add anything. idk how, too much stuff to figure out and type in just the right order, so I'll leave it for sb else to do. 2603:6080:2B02:6D02:2D7A:C5AC:3B0D:8FF4 (talk) 00:17, 29 January 2024 (UTC)
