Note regarding recreation edit

Note that a previous version of this article was deleted in 2018 due to the lack of inline cites. This new version of the article has numerous inline cites, and I hope passes the threshold for notability in WP:GNG. — The Anome (talk) 22:00, 28 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Source not yet used edit

Note also that Bondage Life Vol. 1, No. 9, published 1981, contains an interview with Robert Bishop. While citing a fetish magazine as a source is unusual, it's certainly a magazine published by an (at the time) established publisher with a reputation for publishing, in addition to erotic material, factual articles about the BDSM scene. I'm not sure if it's availabe by any route but getting a paper copy, but it's there, and can be found. — The Anome (talk) 22:13, 28 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Citogenesis edit

Please note that a lot of the information found from searching for information about Bishop on the web is simply scraped copies of an earlier, uncited and deleted Wikipedia article. This is of no use for sourcing this article, since Wikipedia is not a reliable source for Wikipedia. See WP:CITOGENESIS and https://xkcd.com/978/ for more information. — The Anome (talk) 12:12, 30 March 2022 (UTC)Reply
