Marnie

It seems unclear who is playing Marnie. Sara Paxton is listed on IMDb. Some earlier written article cast Kimberly J. Brown as Marnie, but these also say that it will be a musical which is now know to be incorrect.

If you have watched the trailer, it is not a musical, and Sara Paxton is in the trailer.

Removals

I removed the section about who does or does not play Marnie, because the sources listed were the IMDB (definitely not reliable) and some message board (even less reliable). I also removed some external links that had very bare info. Mad Jack 17:11, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

BTW, do we have a reliable source that Kimberly J. Brown is actually in this film? My guess is that she was replaced by Paxton, since we know for sure Paxton is in it. Mad Jack 17:14, 21 July 2006 (UTC)

In the other movies Marnie's last name was Cromwell and now it is Piper?

Marnie's last name was always Piper, since it is her mother's last name, her mother's maiden name was Cromwell (daughter of Aggie Cromwell). So Marnie's last name is Piper, but she is a Cromwell.

Just notice that during the scene that marnies’ mother is in the grocery store she slides her credit card upside down through the card swapper, but continued to type in her password. Just thought you all would like to know it for the trivia.

Worst Halloween Town Movie Ever

Did anyone else think that this movie was poorly written ? For instance in Halloween Town 1 and 2 the giant pumpkin is supposbly the source of Halloween town's magic or something like that. But if that were true then why would Marny be able to make it in the past. It has been stated several times that the Cromwells are related to Merlin and thus have powers greater than any witch or warlock. Mr. College (talk) 02:29, 6 December 2008 (UTC)

Halloweentown 5?

Is there going to be a fifth one and also I have been hearing that there are supposdly to be seven in the halloween town series. Does anyone know if this is true? plus it says on articles relating to this for example the Huntober Fest for 2007 says that a fifth one will be realsed sometime in 2008. Plus its says something about it on the actress who plays sophie. So I was hoping that someone could tell me if these rumours are all flase or not. Cause if so we should try and get an article going on it. Halloweentown 5 source is unreliable

The link in the article says it's the confirmed source of the movie. But there's 2 things wrong with that. A) It's the only source that has said anything about the movie. No other website, not even Disney has hinted towards a part 5 and B) The website says it got it's info from Wikipedia, this is awkward because if the website got it's info from this article, it's not really a source at all, the article itself is the source. I also had a rant about how the name sounds made up, it's a bit too bubblegum pop for the Halloweentown series but I decided not to go into it since A) it's possible that it would be named that B) movie names get changed around through production so it may be that for now but not later and C) I didn't want to get into a debate on how Disney is all for tweens and pop princesses (which is ISN'T).Willy Sillybones (talk) 15:59, 30 September 2008 (UTC)
