Petrovna is a Russian name. She was born in Soviet Ukraine and is now a Ukrainian singer. In Soviet Ukraine, the birth certificate was written in Russian and Ukrainian (I was born in Soviet Ukraine in 1982 and my parents were given a birth certificate in Ukrainian and Russian.
