The image Image:Real radio.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

Merger proposal

edit

May I suggest merging this page with Heart South Wales? As is the case with Real Radio Scotland and Heart Scotland, we risk too much overlap and duplication in creating separate articles for stations under former brands and formats. Furthermore, the launch of a Heart station for South Wales needn't be further convoluted when Real itself started as a South Wales station (before the expansion to North and Mid Wales in 2011). I see a point in creating a page for the North Wales station but for the sake of simplicity, it would be better to explain the background behind the South Wales station within a single page. Completely agree with this in hindsight - Real Radio Wales moved to Heart South Wales, a new seperate page for Heart North Wales. This is Drew (talk) 18:47, 28 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
