Justice system under maratha rule
editI believe the article should include some background on how the the justice system was organized under Maratha rule. Ram Shastri gave death sentence to Raghunathrao Peshwa. Do we know how the trial was conducted ? what evidence was presented ? Jonathansammy (talk) 19:47, 18 July 2013 (UTC)
