- Hi Yoninah. The BSc and MSc are mentioned in the article - I will see if I can find which universities they are from. CEng is for chartered engineer, FICE is fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, MCIHT is member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, TPP Is Transportation Planning Professional.
