- Hi Vanamonde93, review follows: article created 28 April; article exceeds minimum length; article is well written and cited inline throughout to reliable sources; n overly close paraphrasing noticed and quote is correctly attributed; hook is interesting, mentioned in the article and backed up by the sources; a QPQ has been carried out. This one is good to go. One comment I do have relates to the hook which as currently proposed mentions "Panama" three times, can it be reworded? Certainly the last mention can be removed with wording such as "negotiated with the United States in 1977"? - Dumelow (talk) 06:58, 28 April 2020 (UTC)
