Nevermind. I stumbled upon this 1946 map of Mecca and a Turkish barracks can be found on the western edge. Obviously, it is different from the Ajyad Fortress (indicated with no. 2, south of the Sacred Mosque). --HyperGaruda (talk) 13:19, 10 September 2016 (UTC)Reply
