Resolving Orphan Status

I want to resolve the orphan status in the most effective, valid way possible.

The challenge is that lots of the pages that would naturally mention Punchinello Players do not, themselves, exist yet. I'd like to mention those, and see what folks think about priorities and next steps.

One of the primary issues is the under-development of the arts/theater page for Minneapolis and St. Paul etc.. Punchinello existed in that milieu and also that content should exist in its own right.

The University of Minnesota College/Dept of Agricultural Extension was basically the parent of Punchinello, as Punchinello's early days were in service of promoting it. That Extension Dept content really is noteworthy itself as well - its reach extends to all 87 counties of Minnesota, and always has. It's had an incalculable effect on the well-being of Minnesota, Minnesotans, and even beyond.

There are other history articles: history of the college of Ag (another case of various changes and names over the years), history of theater at the U and in general, history of St. Paul campus.

And then possibly pages for specific people who were instrumental in Punchinello and more broadly, who are now deceased. Lots to consider!

Punchinello Players Production History

I would like to add a page to be linked to the main Punchinello Players page, that lists the complete (or as near as possible) production history. Since this history spans 80 years, there are numerous levels of notability.

One level is that the early work of the group was specifically to support the Extension Dept of the University of Minnesota, and therefore the wellbeing of the people of Minnesota. And then, how it transitioned from that to a broader mandate.

Another level is the lens it provides to both the life of the University and the world of Theater over the decades, as well as US History (effect of the World Wars, political aspects, etc..).

Additionally, the plays performed were always held to a certain standard of broad benefit to society, and so in themselves there is notability - especially in cases where the work may not yet be as well-documented on Wikipedia as optimal.

Since all the materials are within the University's Archives, it can be accessed there. I'll post updates, also very interested in feedback/ideas etc!
