    • I've revised the proposal accordingly. I'm not sure the distinction between a sales tax and a use tax (which is another way of collecting a sales tax, basically) is enough to change the article title, though. D O N D E groovily Talk to me 16:58, 27 January 2011 (UTC)Reply
