PS of PREdit

The problem I see your edit here is that it is one-sided. It lists disadvantages of Puerto Ricans without listing their advantages. So it leaves the door open for someone to come along a start adding things like well, yeah, but they don't pay taxes...well, but they still get financial aid, and food stamps, and medicare, and blah, blah, blah...well, but they don't pay a cent for defense...well but they can travel freely to the US...etc etc etc. It's best, imo, if together with the edit you made, if it could be globalized further so that, in a neutral or, at least, all-encompassing fashion, it covers both ends of the spectrum and does so from information already substantially discussed in the body of the article so that compliance to wp:lead is maintained. Good luck, Mercy11 (talk) 18:40, 12 June 2018 (UTC)

  • @Mercy11:: I understand your concern but the lede as it was fails to define why the political status of Puerto Rico is notable. And the reason why it's notable is because U.S. citizens residing in Puerto Rico can not vote for those that govern them at the federal level. If you want to add something like "even though they are not subject to other constrains that other U.S. citizens are usually subjected to" that's fine with me. —Ahnoneemoos (talk) 21:27, 12 June 2018 (UTC)

Constitution Template: URLsEdit

Can you add a url field to the constitution template, if appropriate? I'm trying to cite an amendment to a constitution and I think a link would be appropriate (since I don't think it's trivial to find). Let me know if there's an existing or better way to do this. Rxtreme (talk) 06:09, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

  • @Rxtreme:: it might be best to either (i) link to the Wikipedia article that talks about the constitution in question or (ii) link to the Wikipedia article that talks about the amendment in question. The feature is not difficult to program, but I don't see the point in adding it. Can you give me an example? That way if I'm convinced I can take the time to code it. Sorry for the delay in responding! Glad to know you find the template useful. —Ahnoneemoos (talk) 13:55, 26 January 2019 (UTC)

Looking for help with fair-use image tagEdit

Hello, I uploaded File:The 35th Annual National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Suncoast Chapter Emmy Award Winners.pdf to Wikipedia. This is a list of the NATAS Suncoast Chatper Emmy Award Winners in 2011. This list is so important. The Suncoast Chapter does not archive before 2013. They gave me this list via Facebook Messenger. I have reached a stopping point in the process of uploading the file. Would you please consider helping me with this file with a fair-use image tag? I need the help. Thank you,--Wyn.junior (talk) 17:38, 31 March 2019 (UTC)
