- Guillermo Fernández Hierro → Guillermo Fernández (footballer, born 1993)
– WP:COMMONNAME for both footballers is "Guillermo Fernández" or just "Guillermo", neither uses maternal surname or middle name professionally. Disambiguate as per WP:NCSP. Ortizesp (talk) 14:55, 13 July 2021 (UTC)
