Non-existent reference
editSomeone please deal with the following reference in the article... it does not exist. "12.^ Attack on Kremlin Critic in D.C. Suburb Still Unsolved One Year Later, By Jeff Stein, CQ National Security Editor, Feb. 15, 2008"
I checked the website it was supposed to have originated from in case the article was archived, link moved, etc... nothing. I also the googled the purported author... nothing relevant. The only things that come up are other web articles that use this same non-existent reference as a citation. However I did run across another article that might be worth citing, but I don't know the reliability of that source and I'm not going to get involved with tracking that down and following this wikipedia entry... so those who care about it, please fix it.
The other potential ref could be: http://larussophobe.wordpress.com/2009/10/07/who-tried-to-kill-kremlin-critic-paul-joyal/
