Removed date of death. I can find no obituary for the Patrick Page to whom this page refers; such references as I do find indicate that while a stage magician named Patrick Page did indeed die, the deceased individual was a much older Scottish magician. See this blog entry and this YouTube video, also this press release dated a week after the reported date of death (Feb 11). --John C.
