Hi! As noted above, I have a COI: the Pan-Mass Challenge is a client of my employer, Porter Novelli. It's been a few years, so I'm requesting some updates to this article:

I have made most of the changes suggested here; the major one I have not made is the first one in the format section, because it seems that would also necessitate a change to the following sentence.
