What is the basis for the assertion that "Ellen visits Trond in his home. They begin an incestuous relationship."? edit

I must admit that the thought that there was an incestuous (i.e., sexual) relationship between the two never even occurred to me. So - what's with that?

Why was Chronology changed to Plot? edit
