Untitled edit

The article stated that the Catholics of Venezuela "worship" The Blessed Virgin Mary, but that in fact is not true. Catholics honor Mary, the do not worship her.

Re-write of article edit

Recently I made 20 or so edits of this article which was a soft hagiography with no references. I abandoned my efforts to reform the article because it seemed to me to need a complete revision. This I have been working on at my User page to which I now direct attention. My draft is almost complete as regards the Colombian image, but I have made no attempt so far to re-write the account of the image at Maracaibo - possibly the article will need to be split into two. For now, though, I merely direct the attention of other editors to my work and invite any comments to be made either here or at my talk page. Ridiculus mus (talk) 18:29, 12 December 2013 (UTC)Reply
