Creation edit
I created this page today after doing some work to The Container Store and realizing this other chain no longer existed, and had no page. Well, apparently it did have a page of sorts over 4 years ago, but just an image: this was the message I got when creating today: "05:18, 27 August 2005 HappyCamper (talk | contribs) deleted "Organized Living" (content was: 'Just an Image' Image:Bankrupt33.jpg')". Organized Living's Wikipedia page has strong potential to be updated because it is no longer strictly an online specialty retail store. Organized Living is now a manufacturer of several lines of home storage and organizational products made in the USA. In January of 2013 SCHULTE, a 94 year old company, adopted Organized Living as its new corporate name. I'm the web manager for Organized Living, and I'd like to propose some edits to this page, since it is not accurate.
For the first paragraph:
- Organized Living, formerly known as Schulte Corp.[1] , is a company that manufactures storage and organization products for the home, sold through independent dealers in the United States and Canada[2] . Prior to 2007, Organized Living was a specialty retail chain in the United States that sold storage solutions for home and office.
For the final paragraph:
- Schulte Corp., one of the company's biggest creditors, obtained rights to the Organized Living name in the bankruptcy, and operated OrganizedLiving.com as an online retailer through 2012. On January 1, 2013, Schulte Corp. changed its corporate name to Organized Living and relaunched OrganizedLiving.com as its new website.[3]
