Clearly-free-license photo?

I have marked the photo on the Wikimedia Commons as needing OTRS paperwork. If the required permissions are not received in a week, the photo will be deleted (it will be restored upon request if permissions arrive after it is deleted).

Does anyone have a clearly freely licensed photograph of this person that can be used if the image that is there now is deleted? In general, professionally-taken photographs are not "free" in the Wikimedia sense of the word, and generally cannot be used on biographical articles (see WP:NFCC for details). A photo taken by by a fan (and uploaded to the Wikimedia Commons by that very same fan) at a concert or other venue which does not include significant amounts of copyrighted material in the background or a professionally-taken photo which the copyright owner has clearly and unambiguously published under a Commons-compatible free license would be ideal. A non-professional photograph that was clearly and unambiguously published by the copyright owner under a Commons-compatible free license. Note: Be careful of Flickr - anyone can copy someone else's photo, upload it to Flickr as if it was their own, then publish it under a free license. This is not legal and the "free license" is null and void. Unless you are sure that the Flickr account is that of the copyright owner, I would avoid copying images from there. @davidwr, the image needs to be deleted and you did the right thing. The photo is copyrighted and was taken directly from the artist's official Instagram account. Engrpeters was the one who uploaded the image and my guess is that he's not familiar with Wikipedia's policy on copyrighted materials. Engrpeters hasn't edited Wikipedia since January 5, 2014.
