This page was boldly moved without discussion to the title Official Development Assistance–Ferdinand Marcos scandal. This move is a potentially controversial move because there has been previous discussion in 2018 about the best title for this page, and the page was moved to the title Marcos Japanese ODA scandal as a result. Also, while the old title was explained in the article's lead, the new title was not, and does not appear to be a concise or precise and natural common name that is supported by sources. So I have reverted the undiscussed move.
