WPMILHIST Assessment

edit

Minor stylistic detail but, there are a number of other articles which seem to use a particular standard for the style and format of the Medal citations. If you can find some of these, I think it would be great to emulate them and standardize the presentation of such on Wikipedia here. LordAmeth 02:31, 15 December 2006 (UTC)Reply

On this page, in the last line of his first 'Biography' paragraph, there is a link to 'Eagle Boats' when I initially clicked on it, it was in red and said no page exists.

I then searched and found this Wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eagle_class_patrol_craft

Which is the perfect item to mate with the empty link.

I then created my account and attempted to do the redirect, but I believe my task was incomplete, due to my inexperience to this process.

In doing so, you click on the link, then are sent to another page, with the wiki link, then click on the link to get to the right page.

Is this how it should have been properly done, or is there a different procedure to have the wiki page show immediately when you click on the 'Eagle Boats' link?

Thanks. I appreciate any help you may offer. SteveThe91Bravo (talk) 18:48, 13 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

MoH Citation

edit

The MoH citation is factually wrong, he did not lead any forces in the night of his death. The article should mention that. --84.189.95.128 (talk) 00:47, 18 January 2021 (UTC)Reply
