Firstly, Nihaari from Hyderabad Deccan is quite different than the traditional Nihaari. Secondly the guys talking about "Pakistani Nihaari better than Indian" should first taste the Nihaari either in old Delhi or Lucknow or in Noor Mohammadi (Bombay) & Chinese n Grill (Bombay). People are invited to taste both and make their comments! Sagheero (talk) 11:59, 16 September 2009 (UTC)Reply

Nihari is a dish from Delhi and we make the best nihari in old Delhi, from beef, and it's an Indian cuisine dish not Pakistani so get that straight and tell your goddamn country men to accept facts 93.224.165.99 (talk) 01:21, 14 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

Although nihari has got a place of origin, that is Delhi. The taste and recipes changes by the region, as Nihari from hyderabad is quite thinner tahn than that of Lucknow.I belief the best nihari is made by Pakistani, but some one have the recipe and procedure of a perfect pakistani nihari?

Actually Hyderabadi Nahari(notice the different spelling and pronunciation)is not the same dish as Pakistani Nihari. It is siri/paya. There is no such dish in Hyderabadi cuisine which is similar or equivalent to the Pakistani/Delhi(I am not sure about the Delhi part as I have personally not tasted it) Nihari. What nihari is, what would you Pakistanis know, if you want to have real nihari come to old Delhi, have real nihari, it's an indian dish, from north Indian mughali cuisine, not punjabi or sindhi cusine 93.224.165.99 (talk) 01:38, 14 December 2023 (UTC)Reply

I think this part in the article needs to be edited: "Don't forget about Bangladesh. We have some good Nihari shop in Old Dhaka. As I have tasted Both Delhi and Old Dhaka Nihari, Our Nihari is also good. Hotel Royel in Old Dhaka (evening shift) one of the example." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.16.70.146 (talk) 21:04, 17 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
