Move to "Nguyen Van Thien"

The Google News Archive has four examples of this individual being called "Nguyen Van Thien". These include articles in Spokane Daily Chronicle and Miami News which relate to a 1961 Vietcong ambush that he survived. Thien's name is given in the same style in this book. There are no published examples of him being called anything else in English, i.e. nothing that includes either his Vietnamese diacritics or his Christian name. VietCatholic News calls him Vĩnh Long thời Đức Giám mục Nguyễn Văn Thiện (Bishop Nguyen Van Thien of Vinh Long) or Đức Cha Antôn Nguyễn Văn Thiện (Bishop Anton Nguyen Van Thien). Archbishop Thuc is a much better-known case where the same issues are involved. Thuc is given without his Christian name at least nine times out of 10. Kauffner (talk) 05:59, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
