Advertising Links? edit

The links to specific whitewater rafting companies that were added to this article appear to violate Wikipedia's external links guidelines, which strongly discourage advertising and linking to commercial sites on Wikipedia pages. I'll remove that section in a few days unless someone has a compelling reason why they should be included in the article that I'm overlooking. Thank you. 'Card 20:22, 7 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

NRG Bridge? edit

Why are we not featuring the New River Gorge Bridge more prominently in the article for the national park? It is undoubtedly the most iconic landmark for the area. Of course there’s plenty more within the park, but I think the bridge should be featured here with photo(s). 71.161.96.181 (talk) 04:17, 27 June 2022 (UTC)Reply

Language edit

The language of this page is extremely editorial and literary in nature, reflecting subjectivity, rather than objectivity. It should be updated. It reads like a national park brochure rather than an encyclopedia entry. Kakasprincess (talk) 16:50, 22 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
