Prose Review
editLead
edit-Add comma after popular in second paragraph. Did this myself since it's a minor fix.
-I'd change "and further escalated" to "which further escalated."
-"This led to online publications to examine the backlash," I'd cut the first "to" here.
Conception and design
edit-I'd add "is" between "Nessa" and "a Gym Leader."
Appearances
edit-I'd add "notably" when it's discussing Drednaw as part of her lineup since otherwise there's not much reason to highlight Drednaw.
-"and recognizes the Feebas she knew has now evolved into a Milotic." I'd change it to clarify that she is recognizing the Milotic as the Feebas having evolved.
Promotion and reception
edit-Add was between "and" and "featured" in the second paragraph. Did this myself since it's a minor fix.
-"calling it fire" I'd elaborate on this since fire can be misconstrued here to mean literal fire. Perhaps quotation marks or something similar?
-Remove the semi-colon after Comic Book Resources.
-Is Game Industry News reliable? The reliable sources list comes up as inconclusive but I'd like to make sure there's proper rationale here given it's been debated.
-"Properly illustrated darker colors" Should be illustrate. Done myself since it's a minor fix.
-Add comma after "Sword and Shield" in the same paragraph as above. Done myself since it's a minor fix.
Overall
editSources appear overall reliable and the writing quality is good. Once the above issues are addressed I'd be happy to pass this article. Has one ever considered Magneton? Pokelego999 (talk) 17:37, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
- All fixed. Junae Benne is a frequent writer for many publications including PC Gamer, so her article in GiN should be fine to cite for the purposes of this article. (source on Muckrack)--Kung Fu Man (talk) 22:28, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
- Looks all good! Happy to pass! Has one ever considered Magneton? Pokelego999 (talk) 22:32, 21 March 2024 (UTC)
