Don't make edits if you're not sure. Certainly don't remove cited facts unless you can find something more credible. Hybernator (talk) 00:53, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
To both of you, MRTV-3 or today Myanmar International, is launched on August 1, 2006, and MRTV main channel launched on May 21, 2001, and MRTV-4 launched in May 2004. Before 2001 there was MTV1 and MTV2.
With normal antenna and an NTSC television bring to Yangon, you can receive 3 stations are: MTV1, MTV2 and MRTV.--125.25.11.182 (talk) 12:40, 27 April 2010 (UTC)Reply
The reference given in the article [1] says "28. MRTV-3 Myanmar International TV Channel was launched in 1st August 2001". Where did you get your information from? Do you have a better reference that disproves the one given? -- Boing! said Zebedee 13:00, 27 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Some falses edit

I'm new to English wikipedia (but I have edited Khmer, Lao and THai before) I'm from Cambodia, I started editing English WP in middle of May 2010.; and I'm only 13 years old. My YouTUbe name is TeesamCP, and my real name is Teesam. I found some falses of this article as I am expert in SE_Asia TV.

1.Myanmar International WASN'T named MRTV-3!!! You're lie!! Watched long time ago but its Myanmarinternatioanl!
2.It broadcasts 24 hours125.25.236.94 (talk) 19:06, 25 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Hi. The article cites a reference that supports the change of name. It is here, and says "The Burmese military government's Ministry of Information gave Myanmar Radio and Television-3 (MRTV-3) a makeover and re-launched it on Thursday as the Myanmar International TV channel". Do you have any reliable references (see WP:RS) to contradict that? Also, do you have any reliable sources to show that it broadcasts 24 hours? -- Boing! said Zebedee 19:12, 25 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
I found a reference for 24 hour coverage, here, and I've updated the article to include it - thanks for the information. -- Boing! said Zebedee 19:25, 25 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Can I help both of you?
I'm 12 years old, and from Thailand.
As I've already talk to that Thai who is quited already, that I have CAMBODIA satellite, and the channel name its always MITV. I bought in ealy February but it's MITV, and the logo is also the new red logo.
In June 2009, at that time I have no satellites, but I went to a trip and in the hotel have satellite, it's MRTV-3, but can't remember what inside. I remember it also close in the daytime.
In late March, MITV have "MRTV-3" logo. PS:You are from Cambodia? why Thai IP?--125.25.30.110 (talk) 10:12, 30 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
Hi. Thanks for your observations. However, as I have explained in several previous conversations, first-hand observations of satellite receivers can't really be used - information for Wikipedia articles must come from reliable third-party sources (see WP:RS) -- Boing! said Zebedee 10:46, 30 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry, but in early March it broadcast only the test card all the time with MITV logo. And I remember its launch on March 31, 2010 at 9:00 Myanmar time on MRTV.--125.25.81.156 (talk) 16:24, 31 May 2010 (UTC)Reply
