In my opinion, this stub article looks like an advertisement designed to entice the user to download the product. The only information in the article is about the pros of the software -- no technical details on how it works, no history, no negative information, and the only link on the page goes straight to the company. It seems likely this article was written by an employee.

I do not want to delete it outright, because I believe it would be useful to have a balanced article that includes those details. However, I do not have sufficient knowledge to write that myself (in fact, I stumbled upon this article because I was looking for information about mpowerplayer -- specifically how to uninstall it). Therefore, I decided to tag it in the hopes of attracting the attention of someone with more information than myself. -Stian (talk) 13:31, 9 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Anyone know why the mpowerplayer site now redirects to apptap.com ?

Has mpowerplayer been acquired by apptap? DFH (talk) 14:06, 31 January 2012 (UTC)Reply

For anyone looking for the SDK, the direct link to it still works: mplayit developer kit. DFH (talk) 14:07, 31 January 2012 (UTC)Reply
