There is also a snuff called Morlaix. Originally made by by Fribourg & Tryer, it is produced now by Wilsons of Sharrow. Roman.

Paul Sérusier edit

Translation problem here - he was not an "impressionaire" but a "post-impressionist". And he didn't spell his name with an "e" on the end. Whether he died in Morlaix I wouldn't know but it is a lovely little town. A mention of Tristan Corbière might be in order, he was born in Morlaix and Verlaine thought he was worthwhile. This sort of information would be more interesting than telling us there's a cinema... Boulet rouge (talk) 22:03, 26 May 2008 (UTC).Reply

Pronunciation edit

It would be helpful if someone indicated how this city name is pronounced. It is not obvious from its spelling. --Haspelmath (talk) 07:35, 26 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

You can pronounce it like : "more lay". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.210.9.140 (talk) 22:37, 18 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

1961 occupation of Morlaix edit

The article on Charlez ar Gall states that "a song that he aired, which was about the 1961 occupation of Morlaix, was deemed 'seditious'". However, there is no mention of such an event on this page... 109.172.151.78 (talk) 08:52, 1 October 2023 (UTC)Reply
