Publisher of academic journal

edit

Pbritti, Template:Cite journal#Publisher says that the publsher is "Not normally used for periodicals. Omit where the publisher's name is substantially the same as the name of the work ...". Both of these apply here. And it is simply not normal scholarly practice to cite the publisher of an academic journal. Errantios (talk) 13:33, 5 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

First rationale is not universal, second is not applicable as most people lack familiarity. I'll hyperlink the journal parameter. ~ Pbritti (talk) 14:05, 5 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
WatkynBassett's change is fine by me. Errantios (talk) 23:56, 5 November 2023 (UTC)Reply
