crowded picture edit

The picture appears to contain mince and contain tawties but it also appears to have neeps, cabbage, an unidentified brown ring object(?) and possibly cauliflower, so is not exactly definitive or typical. I'm perfectly happy for people to eat their mince an tawties with whatever they like (I often have peas, that's how fancy I am) but if they're not part of the classic dish, they shouldn't really be in the photo.
