2018 World Cup

I'm writing this because it seems from the history of the page that someone else had written about the World Cup as well and how Mexicans views towards South Korea grew more positive after being sent into the next round after they defeated Germany. Is there a reason why this does not count as a significant boost in Mexico-South Korea relations? The relationship between the two countries does not only apply to the governments but also the citizens of both countries and the way they see each other and how they interact. The World Cup event was significant enough that it boosted the image of South Korea in Mexico and even increased the sales of Korean products which seems to have lasted even after the World Cup has reported from some outlets. It genuinely seems to had been a permanent image boost and not a temporary one. Is there a reason why this is not a significant event that should be listed on here?
