There is no mention of kaplan at all in [11] and no mention of "several occasions" in any link on the Wiki page or any page in existence - this has never been claimed anywhere. I keep finding English Wiki allowing untruthful statements about Swedish politics. Realize that the first place propagandists go to these days to spread their propaganda is wikipedia.
