Thanks for creating this article, @Hkeely; it's nice to have more documentation of the folk world on Wikipedia! Did you come across any interesting factoids about Gadd during your research? If so, it'd be nice to add those and nominate this for DYK while it's within the 7-day new article eligibility window. Sdkbtalk17:58, 26 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Thank you! I thought it was neat that she assisted Agnes de Mille in choreography for Broadway productions, but I don't know if that's the kind of thing they're looking for or how to nominate it if so. Hkeely (talk) 21:25, 26 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
Since DYK goes to a general audience rather than a dance-focused audience, I wouldn't expect most readers to know of (and therefore be interested in assistance to) Agnes de Mille. Overall, the best DYK hooks generally derive from the question "what was unusual about this person?" rather than "what was impressive about this person?". The nomination process itself is pretty easy — just fill out this form. It's a good way to get some readers and attention on a new article. Cheers, Sdkbtalk14:17, 27 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
