I have doubts that the article title is correct. Look at the commas, aren't there too many? Perhaps we should move the page. - A window cleaner me (talk) 01:59, 27 October 2015 (UTC)Reply

There have been discussion about the use of the comma in Talk:Martin Luther King, Jr. and elsewhere. It looks as though the official name of the Act uses the commas. - Location (talk) 02:22, 27 October 2015 (UTC)Reply
