Issue of residence

I've reinstanted the phrase in this article that was recently reverted about this senator's residence because it's relevant to his representation. Seems like this shouldn't be so controversial, so I think concensus should be reached before removing it -- specifically about why it might be removed. Wikiexplorationandhelping, Theedgeofoblivious, and KidAd were involved in these edits, so I hope they are able to prarticipate in a conversation about it.
