Comment: Celebrating Women in Red's 6th birthday. Not sure if an IP address can be credited but they wrote the original which was rescued from AfC (None of which was included in this version).
As an opening comment, for an user to nominate a DYK on behalf of an IP contributor is not something that I would see as an issue. IP contributors make a decent amount of people writing in Wikipedia and they make more often than not useful contributions.
Article: Long enough, it is sourced (some of the citations are in Serbian, so I'll assume good faith. Nominated a day after it was created. I don't see neutrality issues.Y
