Is his name Marc-Vivien Foé or Marc-Viven Foe? FIFA says it's the former, but his site says it's Foe? Whkoh 02:04 28 Jun 2003 (UTC)

I've only seen it spelled Foe, but it seems FIFA should know. Oddly though I've heard it pronounced 'foe' and 'fo-ay'. I've also seen many sites leave the hyphen out between Marc and Vivien. Dave Walker 06:03 28 Jun 2003 (UTC)
French Yahoo shows 3,390 "Marc-Vivien Foé" & 1,360 "Marc-Vivien Foe". --Menchi 00:12 2 Jul 2003 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Marc-Vivien Foé.jpg edit

Image:Marc-Vivien Foé.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

marcvivienfoe.com edit

The second external link is http://www.marcvivienfoe.com, however it redirects to http://www.olweb.fr/ which is the official site of the Olympique Lyonnais. There is no reference to Foé himself on this link. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.194.50.108 (talk) 21:11, 1 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Image edit

Might it be possible for someone to add a slightly higher-quality image? Seems a shame that this is the best we can do for a footballer of Foé's stature. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.213.130.249 (talk) 19:56, 15 March 2017 (UTC)Reply
