editThe main paragraph refers to Magne being co-writer of many of the bands hits with Pal Waaktaar. I would like this changing as not only has Magne co-written a-ha songs with Morten Harket and non-band members but he is also credited as sole writer on a number of songs, some of which have had what could be considered commercial success. Also the Pal Waaktaar and Morten Harket pages make no reference to Magne's work with them. I don't want to just make changes to have them reverted - does anyone with more experience feel they can offer guidance on this? swalk 12:44, 21 February 2006 (UTC)
- Having just spent a few minutes tagging my A-Ha MP3s I can attest to the fact that Magne did indeed co-write many songs, both with Pål and Morten as well as penning a few on his own. Out of 52 distinct songs (from their first five albums, all I own) he has writing credits on 24, and sole credit on eight of those. Honestly I can't be arsed to list them all here right now, but here are the ones he wrote himself:
Hunting High and Low - I Dream Myself Alive Hunting High and Low - Love Is Reason Scoundrel Days - Maybe, Maybe Stay on These Roads - Hurry Home Stay on These Roads - You Are the One Stay on These Roads - This Alone Is Love East of the Sun, West of the Moon - The Way We Talk Memorial Beach - Lamb to the Slaughter
Note that this is according to the liner notes. If they do not accurately reflect reality, there's nothing I can do about it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.67.93.133 (talk) 10:50, 12 March 2008 (UTC)
So, I've been wondering for years... how do you pronounce his name? Any chance someone can add that info to this article? Thanks! Jedikaiti (talk) 03:56, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
