Demolition? edit

'Subsequently, Macdonald House was demolished to make way for a new, high-end residential building named №1 Grosvenor Square.[3]

A quick check of Google maps shows the building still intact, as of today,2022-02-27. Earlier views show some shrouding, as if some activity is going on, but the newest streetview still shows the building exterior as it was in earlier years. Can someone shed some light on this?
