Is this the guy who's said Google can provide every YouTube user's video viewing history to Viacom on three off-the-shelf four-terabyte hard drives and that any privacy concerns are speculative only? See this Wired article "Judge Orders YouTube to Give All User Histories to Viacom"

Do off-the-shelf 4-Terabyte hard drives exist on the planet?
