Gibberish? Non-English? edit

"Rally Fighters have used co- creation techniques to its designing phase. It is a technique that is used by the companies to enhance in new product development." This literally doesn't mean anything. Can anyone decode what was intended?IAmNitpicking (talk) 17:53, 30 April 2015 (UTC)Reply

Is it the something similar to: "The concept of co-creation which involves external resources in designing new products has been used in some companies. Local Motor has used this concept in its design phase of Rally Fighter development." Or the explanation is still gibberish?Z22 (talk) 18:19, 30 April 2015 (UTC)Reply
It's understandable, but not exactly standard American English. How does this sound to you? "Local Motors has used 'Co-Creation' principles in designing the Rally Fighter car. Co-Creation involves external resources (from the company's suppliers) in the development process." Is that a fair description of what was intended?

I am not the person who originally wrote that, so it can only be my best guess. My understanding of co-creation in designing cars is that it is not necessary to be from company's suppliers. It can be independent designers, etc. So, maybe we should forget about the term "co-creation", but use the more commonly used terms such as "crowd-souring" instead. That sounds reasonable to me.
