At 800x600 (and a little wider), the table displays under the photo gallery, making the column of photos very obtrusive. Besides, using a gallery tag to display a gallery of photos makes more sense. --Kmsiever 00:00, 30 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Having pictures in this type of article (basically a list) is not really necessary. I added those pictures only to give the page a little color. Now I've adjusted the table width to 60%, so that even 800px wide displays would accomodate both table and picture sidebar (just in case). On a sidenote: is anyone still using 800x600 resolution for their screen?--Qyd 05:56, 30 October 2006 (UTC)Reply
It's not just screen resolution; it's also browser width. Not everyone maximises his/her browser; especially on larger resolutions. The list of images looks better than originally. --Kmsiever 13:00, 30 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:Flag of Bowden.gif

edit

Image:Flag of Bowden.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

(edit conflict) Would you believe I was closing this discussion at the same time but Aevanath beat me to it. For what it's worth here is my closing rationale:
There is no consensus to move the article at this time. Despite it fitting more consistently within the other Alberta articles, it seems there is more of a tendency to use "List of ..." in the encycopledia generally.

List of towns in AlbertaTowns of Alberta —The name of this article is inconsistent with the name conventions used for Villages of Alberta, Summer villages of Alberta and Hamlets of Alberta. Also, the name of the article is redundant with a section title within the article. To address these two observations, I would like to propose that this article be renamed to Towns of Alberta.
